Traub Hospitality's instructional design team partnered with Nissan to create engaging and unique content that was ultimately presented to 1,000 dealerships around the United States.  The goal was to challenge the dealership teams to infuse the idea of hospitality into their sales process. 

Prior to launching the training nation-wide, the Traub Hospitality Facilitation team presented the curriculum to a strong group of Dealers, one of which was quoted as saying, "This is some of the best training we have every gone through!"
